Refund Policy

Full refund if we don't deliver

If your car isn't posted to @thefixfact within 48 hours of payment, you get a full refund. Just message us. You don't have to give a reason.

Requests we decline

If we can't take your request (for example it's offensive, isn't a real car, or would break TikTok's rules), we refund you in full, normally within 48 hours.

After your car is posted

Once the slideshow is live, the service is complete and the payment isn't refundable. By paying, you ask us to start straight away and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the post goes live.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@thefixfact.com (or DM @thefixfact on TikTok) with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 working days.
