What we collect

• At checkout: your email, the car you name, and your TikTok username. Stripe collects your payment details. We don't see your full card number.
• If you message us: whatever you put in the message.

This site has no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies.

What we use it for

• Making and posting your car, and tagging you in it.
• Sending your receipt, answering questions and handling refunds.

The TikTok username you give is tagged publicly in the post.

Who we share it with

Only Stripe, to process payments (Stripe's privacy policy), and our website host, which keeps standard server logs. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting rules, usually 6 years. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email support@thefixfact.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
